Sonotrode and Fixture Manufacturing

We manufacture sonotrodes from various materials such as titanium, aluminum, Ferro-Titanit or hardened steel. Depending on the application, the sonotrodes can also be coated. We cover the following frequencies: 20 kHz, 30 kHz, 35 kHz and 40 kHz. Do you need a replacement sonotrode at short notice or optimization of your existing sonotrodes? No problem. We deliver at short notice and are also your contact partner in the event of production downtime. If your ultrasonic welding system fails, our contract manufacturing service is of course also available to help cover any production bottlenecks. Do you need ultrasonic spare parts for milk or fruit juice filling machines from Elopak, Galdi, Nimco or Shikoku? We supply the required components.

Fixtures and tooling are designed according to their functionality and specific requirements. We manufacture according to CAD/CAM and can provide individually selected materials for your fixtures in consultation with you.

If you already use ultrasonic systems, we can quickly provide replacement components or spare parts, as well as new sonotrodes and boosters, at attractive prices. Of course, we also offer special booster types for use in filling machines.
